摘　　要：创建全国文明城区是一项复杂的社会管理系统工程,北京市朝阳区卫生监督所在北京朝阳区创建全国文明城区的过程中主要承担二次供水、餐饮单位、公共场所单位、校园周边整治、工地外来务工人员居住条件改善、突发事件应急处置等创建测评指标。为保障创建工作正常、顺利地进行,促进各项迎检测评项目的达标进程,北京市朝阳区卫生监督所成立督导检查工作组,周密布置组织、定期通报反馈。通过督导,营造氛围、争优创先、突出重点、健全机制,进一步规范内部制约机制、营造了创建氛围、理清了创建重点、提升了创建效能。To create national civilized city district is a complicated systemic process of social management. Chaoyang District Health Authority is mainly responsible for secondary water supply, remediation of catering units, public places and campus surroundings, the improving of the living conditions of migrant workers, and emergency management in the efforts to create civilized city district made by Beijing Chaoyang District. To guarantee the normal and smooth building work and promote standard process of various assessment projects, Chaoyang District Health Authority established supervision and inspection work group to carefully arrange and organize work and get timely messages of work. We've further regulated the internal constraint mechanism, created a better building atmosphere, clarified building focus, and enhanced building performance by supervision, creating atmosphere, heading to the best, focusing to key points and improving mechanism.
