摘　　要：目的探讨颈前路带锁钢板联合自体植骨在颈椎骨折治疗中的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析采用颈前路带锁钢板联合自体植骨治疗的78例颈椎骨折患者的临床资料。结果所有患者均植骨融合,无钢板、螺钉松动或断裂现象。Frankle评分除2例A级患者术后症状无改善外,其余均提高1级以上。结论颈前路带锁钢板联合自体植骨治疗颈椎骨折稳定性好、操作简单,并发症少,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical application effect on treatment of neck vertebrae fractures by locking anterior cervical plate combined with autologous bone. Methods The clinical data of 78 cases of cervical vertebra fracture patients treated with locking anteriorcervical plate combined with autologous bone were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the patients got fusion, no loose and rupture of plate or screw was found, Frankle score all improved more 1 degree except 2 patients of Grade A. Conclusion It has good stability, simple operation and less complication to treat neck vertebrae fractures by anterior cervical plate system combined with autologous bone.
