老年股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术后疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析骨粗隆间骨折内固定术在老年患者中的疗效及影响因素。方法回顾性分析2008年1月～2011年12月在本院接受治疗的144例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料、随访记录等,分析股骨粗隆间骨折内固定手术治疗的疗效。结果 144例患者在术前充分准备后,行内固定手术治疗,术后2例患者死亡,其他142例患者获得6～18个月的随访,平均随访时间为11个月,其中80例愈合,58例髋关节功能良好,4例患者出现术后并发症。结论影响老年股骨粗隆间骨折的主要因素有骨骼质量、内固定方式、骨折端几何形态、小粗隆复位和骨壁的完整性,在进行手术时选择合理的内固定方式至关重要。Objective To research and analyze the curative effect and influencing factor of internal fixation in treatment of intertrochanteric fracture in elder patients. Methods The clinical data, follow-up reports of 144 old patients with intertrochanteric fracture treated with internal fixation in our hospital from January 2008 to December 2011 were analyzed,and the postoperative curative effect of internal fixation was analyzed too. Results After full preparation, 144 patients received internal fixation operative treatment, 2 patients were dead after operation, other 142 cases were given 6-18 months follow-up, and the average time of follow-up was 11 months, 80 cases were healed, hip function of 58 cases was good, postoperative complications appeared in 4 cases. Conclusion The main elements influencing femoral intertrochanteric fracture in old patients are bone quality, fixation, geometric shape of fracture, small tuberosity reset and bone wall integrity, in the operation, the rational choice of internal fixation is important.
