锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术穿刺点及周围皮肤护理体会

摘　　要：目的探寻锁骨下静脉穿刺置管术穿刺点及周围皮肤护理的最佳方法。方法将124例锁骨下静脉穿刺置管患者随机分成两组,试验组采用无菌干纱布+3M敷贴与75%酒精纱布+3M敷贴交替保护穿刺点及周围皮肤,对照组采用无菌干纱布+3M敷贴保护穿刺点及周围皮肤,并进行连续观察。结果试验组皮肤的水疱、发红、红肿、及与深静脉导管相关的发热明显低于对照组。结论采用无菌干纱布+3M敷贴与酒精纱布+3M敷贴交替使用来保护穿刺点及周围皮肤明显优于无菌干纱布+3M敷贴。Objective To seek the best nursing method of puncture point and surrounding skin of subclavian vein puncture. Methods One hundred and twenty-four cases of patients with subclavian vein puncture were randomly divided into two groups, the test group used a sterile dry gauze ＋3M applicator with 75% alcohol gauze ＋3M applicator alternately protective puncture point and surrounding skin, the control group used sterile dry gauze ＋3M applicator protect the puncture point and surrounding skin, and they were observed continuously. Results The patients with skin blisters, redness, swelling, and deep venous catheter-related fever in test group were significantly lower than that of control group. Conclusion Sterile dry gauze ＋3M applicator with alcohol gauze ＋3M the applicator used interchangeably to protect the puncture site and surrounding skin is better than a sterile dry gauze ＋3M applicator.
