静脉留置套管针与静脉切开在急诊抢救中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨静脉留置套管针和静脉切开术在急诊抢救休克患者中的应用。方法选取2011年5月～2012年5月本科起病急骤、病情危重的休克患者106例,将患者平均分为静脉套管针组和静脉切开组,每组53例,分别由同一高年资护士和医生操作。结果套管针组在迅速建立静脉通道方面优于静脉切开组,且平均操作时间短,每输入1000mL液体所需时间较静脉切开组少;套管针组从抢救措施开始到平均血压脉搏改善的时间较静脉切开组短。结论静脉留置套管针在急诊休克患者的抢救中为急救患者赢得了宝贵的抢救时间,明显提高了急救效率及成功率。Objective To investigate the application of venous indwelling needle and phlebotomy in emergency rescue shock patients. Methods One hundred and six cases of shock patients with abrupt onset and critical condition admited in our department from May 2011 to May 2012 were selected. The patients were divided into intravenous trocar group and phlebotomy group, with 53 cases in each group, and operationed by the same senior nurses and doctors. Results In the aspect of rapiding establishment intravenous access, the trocar group was far superior than that of phlebotomy group, and the average operating time was shorter, the time of inputing 1 000 mL liquid require was shorter than that of phlebotomy group. From the rescue measures taken to the average blood pressure pulse improved, the time of the trocar group was shorter than that of phlebotomy group. Conclusion Intravenous indwelling trocar wines the valuable time of rescuing in the emergency rescue shock patients, and improves the efficiency and success rate significantly for emergency patients.
