摘　　要：健康一直是人们普遍关注的问题,健康管理作为一种新兴的医疗卫生服务模式已在国内外兴起和发展,却还没有被大众广泛认识。本文参阅了近年来国内外(以美国为代表)有关健康管理的研究文献并进行整理、分析、归纳和综述,介绍了健康管理的概念、理论基础及在中、美的研究进展,为更好地发展我国健康管理提供理论依据,也为健康管理的进一步研究提供参考资料。Health has always been paid attention as a question of common concern.Health management as an emerging health service model has emerged and developed in home and abroad,but it has not been cognized widely by the public.In this paper,the correlative literatures of health management at home and abroad（especially in USA） in recent years are collected,analyzed,summarized and reviewed.The concept,theoretical foundation and research progress of health management in China and USA have been introduced.This study provides a theoretical basis and reference material for further study on health management.
