中西医结合治疗代谢综合征的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察恩施州少数民族地区我院自制中药降脂活血片联合常用西药治疗代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)的临床疗效。方法将72例代谢综合症患者随机分为两组,均常规口服西药罗格列酮、非诺贝特片为对照组,治疗组加用我院自制中药降脂活血片。治疗前、治疗12周后分别观察肥胖指数(BMI)、空腹血糖(FBG)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高、低密度脂蛋白(HDL、LDL)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、血压等指标变化情况。结果治疗12周后,两组患者BMI、IRI指数下降,血脂TC、TG、LDL水平均降低,HDL均升高(P<0.05),与对照组比较,治疗组效果更显著(P<0.05)。临床治疗总有效率治疗组为92.86%,对照组为73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降脂活血片具有降脂、抗凝、抑制血小板聚集、降低血液黏度的作用,临床研究证实降脂活血片联合罗格列酮、非诺贝特治疗对代谢综合征患者比单用西药更有效,可显著改善患者血脂、血糖,维持血压稳定和减轻胰岛素抵抗,且无明显副作用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of metabolic syndrome with combining Jiangzhihuoxue Pills and common western medicine in Enshi Autonomous Prefecture.Methods 72 cases with metabolic syndrome were randomly divided into two groups： 30 cases took Rosiglitazone and Fenofibrate Pills as control group,and 42 cases took Jiangzhihuoxue Pills additionally as treatment group.The changes of body mass index（BMI）,fasting blood-glucose（FBG）,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase（GPT）,TC,TG,high density lipoprotein（HDL）,low density lipoprotein（LDL）,insulin resistance index（IRI）,blood pressure before and after treatment for 12 weeks were observed.Results In two groups,the index of BMI,IRI,TC,TG,LDL were significantly decreased,while HDL increased after treatment for 12 weeks（P 0.05）.Compared with the control,the treatment group had a better effect（P 0.05）.The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 92.86% in treatment group,and 73.33% in the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Jiangzhihuoxue Pills have the functions of hypolipidemic effect,anticoagulation,inhibiting platelet aggregation,reducing blood viscosity,clinical research also proves that the treatment effect of combining with Jiangzhihuoxue Pills for patients with metabolic syndrome is more significant than only western medicine,which can significantly reduce BMI,lower blood sugar,alleviate insulin resistance and maintain blood pressure,without obvious side effects.
