摘　　要：知识创新是中医发展的内在需求,它对中医技术的传承与发展起着至关重要的作用。本文介绍了中医隐性知识的相关概念,指出中医知识体系中存在着大量的隐性知识,中医知识创新应以隐性知识为主要研究对象,通过促进隐性知识的转化将对中医知识的传承与创新产生变革性的影响,对中医知识创新方面进行了有益的探索,提出中医知识传承过程中知识创新的有效路径和方法。Knowledge innovation is the internal demand of the intrinsic of traditional Chinese medicine.The paper introduces the concept of tacit knowledge and pointed out that there are a lot of tacit knowledge in TCM knowledge hierarchy,the introduction of tacit knowledge theory will influence the inheritance and the innovation of TCM knowledge.Based on the theory of transformation of tacit knowledge it is explored how to achieve the innovation of TCM,and has put forward the effective ways and methods of TCM innovation.
