厦门地区树脂工艺品彩绘有害气体对工人健康危害的调查

摘　　要：目的评估厦门地区树脂工艺品行业有害气体对作业人员的危害程度,找出主要影响因素,探索有效和经济可行的防范措施。方法采用随机抽样的方法,选取厦门地区树脂工艺品行业有害气体接触的400名工人作为接触组进行职业健康检查、同时进行作业场所监测及职业卫生问卷调查,另选400名未接触过有害气体的作业工人作为对照组。结果接触组工人健康检查中,症状、白细胞计数和血小板计数异常检出率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。白细胞计数异常率随年龄和工龄的增加而增高。接触组工人个人防护用品使用情况及作业场所防护设施的防护效果合格情况对其白细胞计数异常有显著影响(均P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论厦门市树脂工艺品企业彩绘工艺工作场所中有毒气体会对作业工人的健康造成明显影响,采取必要的防护措施,加强企业职业卫生管理,提高接毒人员的自我保护意识,可以有效地防止有毒气体对作业人员的危害程度。[Objective]To assess the damage degree of harmful gas on health of workers in resin crafts industry in Xiamen City,find out the main influencing factors,and explore the effective,economic and feasible intervention measures.[Methods]By using random sampling,400 workers exposed to harmful gas in resin crafts industry in Xiamen City were collected as the exposure group to receive the occupational physical examination,meanwhile,the workplace monitoring and occupational health questionnaire were performed.The control group included 400 workers who had not been exposed to harmful gas.[Results]The abnormal detection rates of symptom,leucocyte count and platelet count in the exposure group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.01 or P0.05）.The abnormal rate of leucocyte count increased with increasing age and length of service.In the exposure group,the use rate of personal protective articles and the qualified rate of protective effect of safeguards in workplace had significant effect on the abnormal rate of leucocyte count（P0.05 or P0.01）.[Conclusion]The harmful gas in painting workplace of resin crafts enterprises has obviously affected the health of workers in Xiamen City.Carrying out the necessary safeguards,strengthening the occupational health management in enterprises and improving the self-protection awareness of exposed workers can effectively prevent the hazards of harmful gas on health of workers.
