摘　　要：目的预防、控制、消除某汽车股份有限公司扩建项目职业病危害,保护劳动者健康。方法采用检查表法与类比法结合进行分析。结果该项目可能产生的职业病危害因素主要为甲烷、一氧化碳、二氧化氮及非稳态噪声。生产过程中不产生《高毒物品目录》中所列的化学因素和石棉纤维粉尘、含游离二氧化硅10%以上的粉尘以及放射性因素及其他严重职业病危害因素,判定属于职业病危害一般的建设项目。结论该项目建设地点、总体布局、生产车间与工艺设备布局、采暖、通风、照明和防毒、防噪声等卫生工程技术防护设施(措施)、个人防护用品的配备、应急救援设施(措施)、辅助用室符合标准、规范要求。[Objective]To prevent,control and eliminate the occupational hazards in expansion projects of an automobile Co.,Ltd.,and protect the health of workers.[Methods]Analysis was based on checklist method and analogy method.[Results] The probable main occupational hazards generated by the projects were methane,carbon monoxide,nitrogen dioxide,and unsteady noises.There were no chemical factors,asbestos fiber dust,dust with more than 10% free silica,radioactive factors,or other serious occupational hazard factors listed in ＂High Toxic Substances Directory＂.Therefore,it was assessed as project with normal occupational hazard.[Conclusion]The construction location,general layout,production workshop and processing equipment layout,heating,ventilation,lighting,sanitary engineering technological protections such as antitoxin and noise-proof,personal protective equipments,first-aid facilities,auxiliary rooms of this project meet the standard and requirement.
