摘　　要：目的了解沈阳市大东区近年来常规免疫接种情况,以促进免疫规划工作发展。方法利用2007—2011年的常规免疫接种率监测资料,采用差值(D)评价和比值(R)评价方法进行比较分析。结果全区各接种门诊报告接种率的及时性和完整性均为100%,2007—2011年7苗报告接种率和调查接种率较高,均达到90%以上,但与估算接种率有一定差距。结论提高流动人群中儿童免疫接种率和免疫服务质量,消除免疫空白,减少易感人群,降低计划免疫针对传染病发病率,才能有效促进免疫规划工作的全面发展,保护儿童健康。[Objective]To understand the routine immunization situation in Dadong District of Shenyang City in recent years,so as to prompt the development of Expanded Program on Immunization（EPI）.[Methods]The routine immunization monitoring data during 2007-2011 were used for comparative analysis by（D） evaluation and the ratio（R） evaluation methods.[Results] Timeliness and completeness of reported inoculation rate of each vaccination clinic in this district were 100%.The reported inoculation rate and investigated inoculation rate of 7 kinds of vaccine were relatively high from 2007-2011,up to above 90% which had a gap with estimated inoculation rate.[Conclusion]To improve children＇s immunization rate among floating population and immunization service quality,to eliminate immune blank,to reduce the susceptible population,to reduce incidence of EPI targeted infectious diseases can effectively promote the comprehensive development of immunization programs and protect children＇s health.
