摘　　要：实现光波导 -单模光纤的耦合是各种集成光学器件从实验室走向实用化的关键 ,耦合效率的高低直接影响到各种集成光学产品的性能。本文在分析影响耦合效率的主要因素的基础上 ,对现有的几种光波导The realization of effective optical waveguide fiber coupling is the key of commercialization of integrated optical components from the laboratory and the coupling efficiency affects the performance of these products directly. In this paper, we analyze main factors affecting the coupling efficiency, and then investigate and compare several coupling structures.
