HPLC法测定通肠理气合剂中芍药苷和橙皮苷的含量

摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定通肠理气合剂中芍药苷和橙皮苷的含量。方法色谱柱为SymmetryC18柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(15∶85),检测波长为230nm,柱温为30℃。结果芍药苷在0.1882～1.5056μg(r=0.9999)范围内,橙皮苷在0.2664～2.1312μg(r=0.9997)范围内,线性关系良好。芍药苷平均回收率为98.62%,RSD=1.12%;橙皮苷平均回收率为98.81%,RSD=0.66%。结论此方法简便、准确,专属性强,可作为通畅理气合剂质量控制的方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of paeoniflorin and hesperidin in Tongchangliqi Mixture.Methods HPLC analysis was carried out on a Symmetry C18 column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid（15∶85）.The detection wavelength was 230 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃.Results Paeoniflorin and hesperidin showed good linearity in the ranges of 0.1882-1.5056 μg（r=0.9999） and 0.2664-2.1312 μg（r=0.9997） respectively.The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 98.62%,RSD=1.12%,and that of hesperidin was 98.81%,RSD=0.66%.Conclusion The method is simple with high accuracy and specificity,which can be used for quality control of Tongchangliqi Mixture.
