摘　　要：目的建立测定咽炎合剂中绿原酸含量的HPLC法。方法采用Thermo ODS-2HYPERSIL色谱柱,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(10∶90)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长327nm,柱温为30℃。结果绿原酸在10.2～76.5μg.mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;平均回收率为101.23%,RSD=0.91%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便、结果准确,可用于咽炎合剂中绿原酸的含量测定。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Yanyan Mixture.Methods Thermo ODS-2HYPERSIL column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid（10∶90） at the detection wavelength of 327 nm,the flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1 and the temperature maintained at 30 ℃.Results Chlorogenic acid showed a good linearity in the linear range of 10.2-76.5 μg·mL-1（r=0.9998）,the average recovery was 101.23% and RSD was 0.91%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,fast and accurate for the determination of Yanyan Mixture.
