摘　　要：针对中心镇公用事业建设问题,在"城镇等值化"的全新概念框架下,剖析当前建设状态及原因,提出中心镇公用事业的建设准则,并以供水服务为例具体说明其操作要点。For the construction problems of central town utilities,this paper analyzes the actualities and causation under the newly conceptual framework of urban-town equivalence.Then,proposes several rules toward the construction of central town utility.Finally,the case of water supply is taken as a case to explain the outline of practical operation.
