摘　　要：烟台阳光100城市广场一期工程由3栋塔楼及商业裙房组成,因建筑立面、功能以及施工等多方面因素,设计中存在诸多难点。结构设计时从概念设计出发,进行了整体弹性分析、反应谱分析、弹性动力时程分析、静力弹塑性分析以及重要构件的中震弹性分析。根据计算结果,采取了相应的抗震加强措施。The Sunshine100 urban plaza in Yantai is composed by three towers and attached retail podiums.Because of the building facade,function,construction and relevant issues,there were many difficulties during design progress.In alignment with the concept design,the structural design of this project covers the overall elastic analysis,response spectrum analysis,elastic dynamic time-history analysis,Pushover analysis and the elastic analysis under medium earthquake for important components.Seismic measures were applied correspondingly based on the calculation results.
