摘　　要：本文依据产业集群理论和全球价值链理论,以产业集群链式发展的视角,结合对"硅谷-新竹-昆山"产业集群互惠发展模式以及我国建设境外经贸合作区的"走出去"模式的考察分析,提出了后危机时代中国以对外投资方式进行产业集群跨境转移的转型升级思路。Based on the Industry Cluster Theory and Global Value Chain Theory,this dissertation studied on the development pattern of ＂Silicon valley-Hsinchu-Kunshan＂ Cluster and the establishment of oversea economic and trade cooperation zone from the perspective of Cluster-Chain-Effect,and then put forward the idea of realizing industrial transforming and upgrading by making industrial cluster cross-border transferring through outward investment in the post-crisis era in China.
