江苏省外商直接投资绩效的区域比较研究

摘　　要：本文通过建立面板数据模型,从资本形成效应、劳动就业效应、技术溢出效应等方面对FDI影响江苏区域经济发展的效果展开分析。研究表明,新世纪以来江苏三大区域利用FDI的绩效差异明显。资本形成方面,苏南、苏北表现为挤入效应,苏中表现为挤出效应;就业效应方面,苏南、苏中表现为挤出效应,苏北表现为挤入效应;技术溢出方面,三大区域都没有明显的正技术溢出效应,FDI对技术进步的作用主要体现为外资企业相对生产率的提高。Through the establishment of a panel data model,this article analyzes the effects of FDI affecting jiangsu regional economic development from the capital formation effect,the employment effect and the technology spillover effect,etc.Studies have shown that three large area of Jiangsu Province using FDI performance differences are significant in the new century.For the capital formation,the southern and the northern of Jiangsuin are in the performance of the crowding-in effect,the middle of Jiangsu in the performance of the crowding-out effect;for the employment effect,the southern and the middle of jiangsu are in the performance of the crowding-out effect,the northern of Jiangsu in the performance crowd-in effect;for the technology spillover,three large area all have no obvious positive technology spillover effect.The role FDI playing for technical progress is mainly embodied in the foreign capital enterprise to improve the relative productivity.
