益胃汤对子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠异位内膜组织形态学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益胃汤(YWT)对子宫内膜异位症(EMs)模型大鼠异位内膜的影响。方法:采用大鼠自体子宫内膜移植建立子宫内膜异位症(内异症)大鼠模型。将造模成功大鼠随机分为模型对照组,反应停对照组,达那唑对照组,益胃汤高、中、低剂量组,连续给药4周后,测定异位内膜体积,并在光镜下观察YWT对异位内膜形态学变化的影响。结果:YWT治疗4周后,与模型对照组比较,YWT各剂量组异位内膜体积显著缩小(P<0.05),抑制率明显升高(P<0.05);光镜观察结果显示,益胃汤各剂量组与模型组相比均见异位内膜呈萎缩性改变,异位内膜腺体数目变少,腺腔变小。结论:YWT能明显抑制异位内膜生长,阻止新血管的形成,抑制炎症反应。Objective： To observe the effect of Yiweitang（YWT） on ectopic endometrium of Endometriosis（EMs） rat model. Methods： Establishing EMs rat model by autologous endometrial transplantation.Randomly divided the EMs rats into 6 groups： model control group,Thalidomide control group,Danazol control group,YWT high dose group,YWT middle dose group,and YWT low dose group.Determining the volume of ectopic endometrial and observing the morphological changes of ectopic endometrial under light microscope after four weeks continuous administration.Results： After four weeks of continuous administration with YWT,compared with model control group,the ectopic endometrial volume of three YWT groups were significantly reduced（P0.05）,Inhibition rate were significantly increased（P0.05）.Light microscopy results showed that the ectopic endometrium of YWT groups were shrink,the number of ectopic endometrial glands decreased,and gland cavity become smaller when compared with model control group.Conclusion： YWT can inhibit growth of ectopic endometrium,can prevent the formation of new blood vessel,and can inhibit the inflammatory response apparently.
