中西医结合治疗老年慢性功能性便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗老年慢性功能性便秘的疗效。方法:将100例老年慢性功能性便秘患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例,治疗组口服莫沙比利配合补中益气汤加味治疗;对照组口服莫沙比利治疗。结果:两组患者在用药后首次排便时间、用药后每周排便次数、用药后每次排便时间、临床疗效方面比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗老年慢性功能性便秘疗效确切。Objective： To observe the effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine on treating elderly patients with chronic functional constipation.Methods： 100 cases of elderly patients with chronic functional constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 50 cases.The treatment group was administrated with oral Mosapride and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction;the control group treated with oral Mosapride only.Results： After treatment,there had significant difference（P0.05） about the first defecation time,frequency of bowel movements per week clinical efficacy between the treatment group and the control group,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion： The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine on treating senile chronic functional constipation has curative effect.
