中药周期疗法治疗原发性痛经疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药周期疗法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:对73例符合诊断标准的患者,分别在经后期、经前期、行经期三个时期给予不同方药治疗。结果:73例患者中治愈30例(41.09%),显效26例(35.62%),有效11例(15.07%),无效4例(8.22%),总有效率为91.79%。结论:中药周期疗法治疗原发性痛经有较好的临床疗效,值得进一步推广。Objective： To investigate clinical efficacy on primary dysmenorrhoea treated by periodic therapy of Chinese herbal medicine.Methods： Different Chinese herbal formulas were administered in three phases,named after menstruation,before menstruation and during menstruation successively in 73 cases that met diagnostic standards.Results： 30 cases in 73 cases（41. 09%） were cured,26 cases（35.62%） were excellent,11cases（15.07%） were effective,4 cases（8.22%） were failed;the total effective rate was 91.79%.Conclusion： Periodic therapy of Chinese herbal medicine achieves quite good clinical efficacy on primary dysmenorrhoea.It deserves to be further promoted.
