针灸治疗肝肾亏虚型糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合耳穴贴压治疗肝肾亏虚型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:将60例肝肾亏虚型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分成两组,与西药采用同等的基础治疗,治疗组加用针刺联合耳穴贴压,连续治疗2周,比较两组治疗前后多伦多评分、中医证候积分、糖代谢、脂代谢指标。结果:经过治疗,两组治疗后多伦多评分、中医证候积分均下降,组间比较治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),糖代谢和脂代谢指标无组间差异(P>0.05)。结论:针刺联合耳穴贴压与西药治疗肝肾亏虚型糖尿病周围神经病变有较好的疗效。Objective： To compare the efficacy of acupuncture plus auricular point plaster therapy in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy of syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency.Methods： Sixty patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy of syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency were randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of the same basic treatment,the treatment group received acupuncture plus auricular point plaster therapy.Treatment lasted 2 weeks.Toronto Clinical Scoring System（TCSS）,TCM syndrome integral,glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism in the two groups were investigated.Results： TCSS and TCM syndrome integral improved significantly after treatment in the treatment group（P0.05）.Glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism were no differences after treatment between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： Acupuncture plus auricular point plaster therapy has a better effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy of syndrome of liver and kidney deficiency.
