喜乐宁冲剂治疗抑郁症疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:评价临床规范化治疗模式下中药喜乐宁与新型抗抑郁药物盐酸文拉法辛缓释胶囊治疗抑郁症的疗效。方法:80例首发抑郁症患者采用随机双盲对照研究分为两组各40例,研究组给予喜乐宁,对照组给予盐酸文拉法辛缓释胶囊,疗程6周。以HAMD-17、QIDS-C16、MADRS、CGI量表和五态人格量表评价疗效,副反应自评量表(TESS)描述和记录不良反应。结果:62例完成整个研究,各量表评分两组平均减分率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。研究组30例痊愈13例,有效12例,无效5例,痊愈率43.3%,总有效率83.3%。对照组32例痊愈18例,有效9例,无效5例,痊愈率56.3%,总有效率84.4%。TESS记录副反应无显著差异。结论:喜乐宁对抑郁症有较好的治疗作用,临床疗效与文拉法辛相当,不良反应轻微,安全性好。Objective ： To evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of traditional Chinese medicine formula Xi-Le-Ning in first-episode depression compared with new generation antidepressants Venlafaxine.Method ： 80 consenting adult outpatients with confirmed DSM-IV diagnosis of depressive disorder were bring into an assessor-blinded, parallel-group, randomised controlled trial.All patients were given at least one 6-week treatment with Xi-Le-Ning or Venlafaxine.The efficacy measure scales included： the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （ HAM-A ） scale, Quick Inventory of Depressive Symptomatology Clinician Rated （QIDS-C16） , Montgomery-Asberg Depression Scale （ MADRS ） , and the Clinical Global Impression Scale （CGI-S） .Treatment Emergent Side-Effect Scale （TESS） were used to measure adverse effects.Results ： Sixty two patients completed the trial.31 patients got up to the standard of cure （ 13 in Xi-Le-Ning group and 18 in Venlafaxine group ） .There was no significant in all effectiveness measures, including the changes from baseline in HAMD-17, QIDS-C16, MADRS and CGI at six weeks, and there were no significant difference in adverse effects.Conclusion： New generation antidepressants have a similar efficacy in firstepisode depression.
