摘 要:空投作业的冲击载荷具有过载大、脉冲宽的特点,对空投电子设备的加固提出了新的要求。文中通过地面模拟试验对通信指挥车辆空投系统缓冲特性进行了研究和分析,建立了空投作业动力学模型,推导出载车空投系统冲击载荷表达式,提出了提高空投设备长周期过载适应能力的设计方法,并以此为依据设计了空投缓冲系统。试验结果表明,该系统减震缓冲效果较好,能够满足通信指挥车辆的空投作业要求,对车辆空投系统设计人员具有重要参考价值。Due to the high overload and wide pulse of the airdrop shock load,new requirements for the airdrop electronic equipment reinforcement are presented.Based on the research and analysis of the airdrop system buffering characteristics of the communication and command vehicle through the ground-based experiments,an airdrop dynamics model is established,an vehicle-mounted airdrop shock load expression is derived,the design method of improving the adaptability of the airdrop equipment long-periodic overload is presented and the airdrop buffering system is designed on the basis of this method.The experimental results show that the shock absorbing buffer of this system is good enough to satisfy the airdrop requirements of the communication and command vehicle.This can be used as an important reference for the vehicle airdrop system designers.
