摘　　要：随着视频数字化技术的发展，单机数字视频监控逐步进入实用阶段，但是它只能通过网络进行远程视频监控。笔者分析了目前网络技术的特点，提出了一种基于ＩＰ多播技术的网络视频监控系统，以此实现了一个远程多点视频监控的原型，取得了良好的实验效果。With the development of digital video technology, PC - based digital video moni- toring systems have been practical, but few of them has the feature of remote video monitoring through the network. This paper analyzes the current network technology and suggests a IP -mul - ticasing - based video monitoring system, according to which a prototype of remote multipoint video monitoring system has been successfully implemented.
