摘 要:为确保某码头堆场堆取料机轨道梁运行安全,在采用真空联合堆载预压法地基处理的基础上,需对其进行二次地基处理。综合比较水泥搅拌桩、高压旋喷桩和CFG桩复合地基三种不同处理方案的优缺点,结合工程实际条件,拟选取高压旋喷桩复合地基法。利用数值方法计算分析了不同桩长(10m、18m)高压旋喷桩复合地基的应力-应变过程,结果表明若采用桩长18m的高压旋喷桩进行二次地基处理,轨道梁地基沉降量将由二次处理前的37cm减小至14cm,水平位移由11cm减小至7cm,二次处理效果较为显著,能够满足使用要求。To ensure the nmning safety of stacker-reclaimer track beam in a wharf yard, based on the foundation treatment of vacuum combined with surcharge preloading method,the retreatment of foundation was necessary. Con- sidered with the actual project conditions, the advantages and disadvantages of three different schemes of composite foundation retreatment, such as cement mixing piles, high-pressure jet grouting piles and CFG piles, were compared in this paper, and the composite foundation of high-pressure jet grouting piles was planned to be adopted. The stress- strain process of composite foundation of high-pressure jet grouting piles with different piles length,as lOm and 18m, was analyzed according to the numerical calculation. The results showed that the foundation settlement of track beam should be reduced from 37cm to 14cm, and the horizontal displacement should be reduced from llcm to 7cm when the foundation retreatment of high-pressure jet grouting piles with piles length 18m was utilized,and the effect of foundation retreatment has significant to meet the project requirement.
