摘　　要：由于卫星信道是随参信道，所以其对于电波信号的衰减与延时十分严重。通过讨论移动卫星信道的传输特性，结合ＩＮＭＡＲＳＡＴ的Ｂ／Ｍ系统传真规范，研究了在移动卫星通信中的传真协议，以及须注意的问题和相应的解决措施。It is well know that satellite channel is an extremely random one which severely attenuates and time - lapses the electric signal through which media it travels. In this thesis, the characteristics of mobile satellite channel is discussed so as to study the key points which must be given full attention to in the fax communication in mobile satellite channel. The possible solution is also concerned by referring to INMARSAT B / M fax protocol.
