摘　　要：高校挂职团干利用挂职基层共青团的契机,深入到基层中学,分别从团组织建设、团学活动开展、工作机制建设三方面入手,实地调研了中学共青团工作,针对团干素质弱、工作方法旧和教育渠道窄等现实存在的问题,提出提高团干综合素质、强化团员意识教育、完善工作机制建设等方面的对策。A university CYL（Communist Youth League） leader took advantage of the chance when taking a temporary post in the basic-level CYL,conducting some investigation and research into the CYL work in middle schools from three aspects： the development of CYL,the organization of school CYL activities and the development of working mechanism.Existing problems are pointed out,including the weak ability of CYL leaders,outdated working methods and limited resources for education.This paper also puts forward some suggestions regarding the following aspects： improving the comprehensive ability of CYL leaders, enhancing the consciousness education of CYL members and perfecting the development of working mechanism,etc.
