摘　　要：新媒体环境下如何增强思想政治教育工作的实效性,对提高教育质量至关重要。因此,思想政治教育工作者要充分认识新媒体的主要特点,避免新媒体环境下思想政治教育工作的误区,积极探索新媒体环境下思想政治教育的有效途径,全面发挥新媒体在思想政治教育工作中的重要作用,将新媒体有机地结合到大学生思想政治教育中,充分发挥新媒体的优势,不断增强高校思想政治教育的实效性。It is crucial how to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education and to improve the education quality under the new media environment.Ideological and political educators should do the following： fully understand the main features of the new media;avoid the misunderstandings;actively explore effective ways;give full play to the vital role of new media;combine new media to undergraduate ideological and political education;give full play to the advantages of new media; constantly enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
