摘 要:针对碳酸岩常规酸化出现的一系列缺点,制备出甲酸甲酯/氯化铵潜在酸体系。测定了潜在酸在不同时间段的pH值变化不同甲酸甲酯与氯化铵比例对碳酸钙溶蚀性能,得出甲酸甲酯与氯化铵质量比为2∶1。能在120 min后将溶液pH值降到1以下,对碳酸钙的溶蚀能力达到11.14%。通过对比甲酸甲酯/氯化铵缓速酸与盐酸溶蚀性能及碳酸岩动态溶蚀性能评价,结果表明,在70℃条件下与盐酸等量的甲酸甲酯/氯化铵缓速酸体系溶蚀速度远慢于盐酸的溶蚀速度,60 min后潜在酸中的溶蚀率才开始明显的增加,最终溶蚀能力可达到21.51%。改造的模拟岩心主要为第二段和第三段岩心,渗透率分别提高2.95倍和1.44倍,具有良好的深部改造效果。According to the ser/es of shortcomings appeared in conventional acidification carbonatite, latent acid system which was methyl formate/ammonium chloride was prepared. Measured pH value changing in latent acid in different time periods, and corrosion performance to calcium carbonate in the different proportion about methyl formate and ammonium chloride, the result was showm that,pH would come down to 1 after 120 min while the quality of methyl formate and ammonium chloride in solution was 2: 1, and the corrosion of calcium carbonate is 11.14%. Contasted corrosion performance of methyl formate/ammonium chloride retarded acid and hydrochloric acid corrosion, and dynamic corrosion performance evaluation of carbonate rocks, the results show that, the corro- sion velocity of methyl formate/monium chloride retarded acid system was much slower than the same amount of hy- drochloric acid at 70 ℃. 60 rain later, the latent corrosion rate in acid solution began to increase, and the final cor- rosion capacity could reach 21.51%. For the second and third core of the transformation of the analog penetration rate increased by 2. 95 times and 1.44 times, respectively, with a good deep transformation
