摘 要:相关研究人员通过对热固性自膨胀堵调体系性能的影响因素的考察与研究,发现:堵调体系固结后的体积膨胀倍数与固化剂含量、固化温度均是正相关的关系。堵调体系的固结强度与固结温度、固结时间均是反相关的关系。加入膨胀剂可提高堵调体系的体积膨胀量,提高波及系数。加入交联剂,可提高固结体的抗压强度。该堵调体系固化后的残余液呈中性,具有很好的热稳定性能及化学稳定性能,耐老化性能良好,固结强度能在高温及酸碱环境中长时间保持稳定。通过温度升高带来的热引发效应,堵调体系在温度从100~150℃的范围内成胶固化,实现对高温层位的封堵。Through the investigation and study of influencing factors of the performance of thermosetting serf-ex- pansion water shutoff system, the volume expansion ratio of water shutoff system and the content of curing agent are can be seen, curing temperature is a positive correlation ; the consolidation intensity of water shutoff system, consol- idation temperature and consolidation time is a anti-equivalent relationship. If expanders is added, it can increase the volume expansion of water shutoff system and improve sweep efficiency; If the cross-linking agent is added, it can increase the compressive strength of the concretion body. After the consolidation of the water shutoff system, the residual liquid is neutral with good thermal stability and chemical stability, good aging resistance and consolida- tion intensity in the environment of high temperature and pH remains stable for a long time. Due to the thermal effects of caused by increasing temperature, the water shutoff system can gel at a temperature within the range of from 100 to 150℃. and then it can achieve the closure of the high temperature laver.
