摘 要:配电系统作为电力系统的末端,直接影响着电力用户的用电情况,其影响程度与配电系统的可靠性指标有关。配电系统的可靠性指标还对系统的运行与规划起指导作用。因此配电系统的可靠性评估研究具有重要意义。随着配电系统的规模不断增大,利用解析法求解配电系统的可靠性指标更加困难。基于贝叶斯网络,采用时序模拟推理算法求解配电系统的可靠性指标,并以Microsoft Visual Studio.Net为开发环境,C#为编程语言,选用access2000数据库,开发了适合闭环设计开环运行的配电系统可靠性评估通用软件。采用IEEE测试系统RBTS母线2的F1、F2馈线作为实例,验证了该软件的可行性与有效性,结果表明该软件具有易于维护和扩充,界面友好、操作灵活方便等优点。Distribution system is the end of power system, affect power condition of electric consumption of us- ers directly, its influence degree is related to distribution system reliability indexs, and reliability indexs play part in the system operation and planning guide, so the study on distribution system reliability assessment has important significance. With the increase of distribution system, using the analytic method for solving distribution system reli- ability indexs is more difficult, Based on the Bayesian networks, using analysis algorithm solve distribution system reliability indexs, Microsoft Visual Studio is sequence simulated. Net as the development environment, Microsoft Visual C# as programming language, using access 2000 as database, the general software of closed-loop design and opened-loop operation distribution system reliability assessment is developed. Finally choose the F1, F2 Main feed- er of Bus2 of IEEE test system RBTS as an example, the software is proved feasible and effective, the results show that this software is easy to maintain and expand, and use-friendly, convenient to operate..
