摘  要:针对延长油田地下交联凝胶调驱存在的问题,提出并开展了预交联凝胶颗粒性能评价及调驱实验研究。实验结果显示,选择的预交联颗粒具有良好的吸水膨胀性能,在延长油藏条件下(矿化度41 811 mg/L,温度80℃),15 d后颗粒粒径可膨胀至几百纳米,表明微球具有一定的耐温耐盐性;预交联颗粒对单管填砂模型具有较好的封堵效果,且能运移到模型深部,表明颗粒适合深部调驱的需要;颗粒具有良好的变形能力,且能够高强度封堵高渗透层,显示出良好的剖面改善能力;预交联颗粒可分别提高高、低渗管采收率16%、26%,使并联双管总采收率最终达到75%,表明高剩余油条件下,预交联颗粒能封堵高渗透层,从而有效启动低渗透层。To minimize the risks to well treatments based on in-situ crosslinking of polymer and crosslinker un- der complex formation conditions in Yanchang oilfield, a kind of preformed particle gel (PPG) for profile control and flooding applications was proposed. Based on experiments, PPG dramaticlly swells to several hundreds nanome- ters in diameter after 15-day of hydration swelling using Yanchang produced water with brine salinity of 41 811 mg/ L at temperature of 80 ~C. PPG dispersed system (PPGDS) can plug the single-sandpack to a certain extent and it can migrate into deep of the sandpack, which shows that PPG is suitable for deep profile control and flooding appli- cations. PPG not only has good deformability, which endows it with migration ability, but also it is strong enough to plug the high permeability sandpack, indicating PPG has excellent profile control ability. The injection of PPGDS improves the recovery of high and low permeability sandpacks by a factor of 16% and 26%, respectively, and the total oil recovery reached to 75% , showing that the injection of PPG can effectively employ the low permeability reservoir by plugging the high permeability layer.
