摘 要:为了确定内置保温层组合墙体的承重墙和保温层外部保护层混凝土的导热性能,根据现场混凝土湿筛分工艺制备了基准混凝土、外部保护层细石混凝土和承重墙二次混合混凝土的试件。采用一维稳态热流计法对其进行了导热系数试验,研究了石子体积分数、石浆比对混凝土导热系数的影响。结果分析表明,混凝土导热系数与石浆比的相关性优于与石子体积分数的相关性。提出了基于石浆比影响的混凝土导热系数的预测公式。In order to determine the thermal conductivity of the concrete of reinforced concrete wall and the concrete out-coving the thermal insulation layer, the specimens were cast based on the in-situ wet-sieving tech- niques making the original concrete, the fine-aggregate concrete out-coving the thermal insulation layer and the sec- ond-mixed concrete of reinforced concrete wall, the tests were carried out to measure their thermal conductivity by the method of one-dimensional steady-state heat flow meter. The effects of the volume fraction of crushed stone and the volume ratio of crushed stone to mortar were studied. The results of correlation analysis show that the correlation of the thermal conductivity is better with the volume ratio of crushed stone to mortar than with the volume fraction of crushed stone. The forecasting formula of thermal conductivity of the concrete is proposed considering the parameter of the volume ratio of crushed stone to mortar.
