摘　　要：引荐了2项国家专利技术 ,涉及一种搪玻璃反应罐烧成和修复的新工艺。由于设计了一种内热式电炉 ,从而实现了搪玻璃反应罐带夹套整体搪烧 ,并为搪玻璃层破损修复提供了有效途径。新工艺消除了目前外热式电炉不带夹套搪烧过程中所产生的釉层损伤和细微裂纹等缺陷 ,具有工艺简化、产品质量高。In this article two patents have been recommended concerning a new process of manufacturing and repairing glass lining reactor. As an internal heated electric furnace is designed the whole body of glass lining reactor and the jacket could be burned. Thus efficient way of repairing outworn glass lining may be offered. The new technology could eliminate glaze outworn and slight cracks emerging from external heated electric furnace of burning process without the jacket. It has advantages of easier technology, higher quality product, saving energy and materials.
