舒芬太尼对妇科腹腔镜术后全麻复苏质量的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同剂量舒芬太尼对妇科腹腔镜术后全麻患者复苏质量的临床效果。方法ASAI—II级全身麻醉下妇科腹腔镜手术患者60例，随机平均分为静脉注射舒芬太尼3组：S1组0.1μg／kg，S2组0．3μg／kg，s3组05μg／kg。记录诱导前（T．）、拔除气管导管前（T0、拔管时（T0、拔管后5rain（T4）各时生命体征：MAP、HR、SpO2，躁动评分（RS）、镇静评分（RSS），苏醒10min后视觉模拟镇痛评分（VAS）。结果T2时．S1组分别与S2、S3组比较HR明显加快；L时，S1组分别与S2、S3组比较KS评分、MAP、HR的差畀有统计学意义：T4时，S3组分别与S1、S2组比较RSS评分、MAP、HR、SpO2的差异有统计学意义。VAS评分S1、S2、S3组两两间比较有统计学意义。结论静脉注射0．3μg／kg舒芬太尼用于妇科腹腔镜手术全麻复苏期取得良好临床效果，且安全有效，Objective To investigate the clinical effect aof snfentanil on recovery from general anesthesia after gynecological laparoscopie operation. Methods Sixty ASA I^II patients undergoing selected gynecological laparoscopic with general anesthesia were randomly divided into 3 groups： S1 group were received sufentani1 0.1μg/kg,S2 group were received sufentanil 0.3μg/kg,S3 group were received sufentanil 0.5μg/kg; MAP, HR, SPO2, RS and RSS of all patients were observed at operating room （T1） ,before extubation （T2） ,at extubation （T3） ,5 rain after extubation, Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） were performed to all patients 10 min after recovery. Results HR increased significantly in Group S1 than S2 or S3 at T2; RS ,MAP and HR in Group Slwere higher thanS2 or S3 at T3; RSS, MAP,HR and SPO2 in Group S3 decreased significantly than S2 or S1. VAS among group S1, S2 ,S3 has significant difference. Conclusion Patients received sufentanil 0.3μg/kg could better recoved fi-om general anesthesia after gynecological laparoscopic operation.
