摘　　要：目的了解新疆地区村卫生室的基本建设情况与服务能力现状，找出存在的问题和缺陷，为促进欠发达和少数民族地区村卫生室的发展提供参考依据。方法采用问卷调查及深入访谈相结合的方法，对新疆地区18个乡镇54所村卫生室及93名乡村医生进行现况调查．并抽取村卫生室2011年某2w的处方共302张进行评价。结果新疆地区村卫生室能提供基本的医疗卫生服务。但还存在基本条件较差．村医总体素质不高，村卫生室发展出现重点转向公共卫生等问题。结论为提高欠发达地区和少数民族地区村卫生室的服务能力，建议应多方筹集资金加大投入，提升村卫生室的基本条件，加强村医的培训，完善村卫生室的服务功能，推广中、西、维医适宜技术，发展民族医药．为少数民族地区居民提供更好的医疗卫生服务．Objective To understand the construction situation of the Xinjiang region village clinic and service capacity present situation, find out the existing problems and defects, in order to promote the undeveloped and provide reference for the development of the village clinic in ethnic minority regions. Methods Questionnaire survey and in-depth interview method of combining the, 18 villages and towns in Xinjiang area 54 the village clinic and 93 rural doctors present situation investigation,and the extraction of village clinics in 2011 a two-week total of 302 prescription evaluation. Results Xinjiang region village clinic to provide basic medical and health services, but also has the basic conditions is poorer, village doctor overall quality is not high ,the development of village clinic appears to emphasis that turn to the public health problem.Conclusion In order to improve the undeveloped areas, and ethnic minority areas the village clinic service ability. In promotion, West, Uygur, appropriate technology development of national medicine, residents for ethnic minority areas to provide better medical and health services.
