摘　　要：目的观察植牙时笑气吸入的护理。方法将需植牙的患者40例随机分为两组，每组20例。实验组在笑气清醒镇静加局麻下植牙，对照组只在局麻下植牙，观察植牙过程中，两组患者血压、呼吸、心率等临床指标的变化。结果两组患者在术前、术中、术后的血压、呼吸、及心率变化情况比较，差异均有显著性；两组均无严重并发症发生。结论笑气吸入清醒镇静法具有良好的抗焦虑、止痛、遗忘作用，能够减轻或缓解患者焦虑的心理，安全性较大，有效降低植牙患者的危险性。Objective observation of implant lmlghing gas inhalation in nursing. Methods Objective for dental implant patients ： 40 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 20 cases in each group. In the experimental group of nitrous oxide conscious sedation plus local anesthesia for dental implant, the eontrol group only under local anesthesia for dental implant, implant process observation, two groups of patients blood pressure, respiration, heart tale and other clinical indexes. Results of the two groups of patients in the preoperative, intraopcrative, postoperative blood pressure, respiration, heart rate variation and comparison, there was a significant dift^rencc between the two groups; there were no serious complication. Conclusion the nitrous oxide inhalation conscious sedation method has good anti anxiety, pain, amnesia, can alleviate or relieve the anxiety of patients with psychological, safety greatly, effectively reduce the risk of implant patients.
