摘　　要：探讨婴儿大型室间隔缺损的治疗。32例1岁以下大型室间隔缺损患儿，22例肺部感染好转、心功能改善后进行手术治疗（随访2a：21例患儿生长发育良好，1例死亡）；10例一直采取内科保守治疗（随访2a：5例死亡）。Discuss the large ventricular septal defect treatment. In 32 patients under 1 years of age in children with a large ventrieular septal defect, pulmonary infection in 22 eases improved, improved cardiac function after treatment of operation （ 21 cases were followed up for 2 years ： the growth of good, 1 eases of death ）; 10 eases has been taken to Department of internal medicine （ conservative treatment were followed up for 2 years： 5 cases of death ）.
