摘 要:寄主植物挥发物在植食性昆虫寻找寄主过程中扮演着重要的角色。采用动态顶空取样法采集健康、机械损伤和受栗山天牛Massicus raddei危害的蒙古栎Quercus mogolica干部的挥发物,通过气质联用仪对挥发物进行定性和定量分析,结果表明机械损伤和受栗山天牛危害的蒙古栎干部挥发物的组分和含量都比健康木的有所增加。由于挥发物的组分和含量的增加,更易被植食性害虫所识别,为植食性昆虫的生物测定和引诱剂的合成提供理论依据。Volatiles of host plants played an important role in the process of finding hosts by phytophagous insects.The volatiles of trunks of Quercus mogolica in healthy,mechanical wounded,Massicus raddei infested states were collected with dynamic head-space sampling method and the qualitative and quantitative analyses of the volatiles were made with GC-MS.The results showed compared with the healthy trunks the components and contents of the volatiles increased in the mechanical wounded or Massicus raddei infested trunks which would be more easily recognized by phytophagous insects.This would provide theoretical basis for the bioassay of phytophagous insects and synthesis of attractants.
