摘 要:以国内外常用的双头螺旋对称摆线型线为研究对象,对双头双螺杆泵的端面型线结构进行了分析,确定了该型线的齿形曲线议程。并用Pro/E进行三维建模,研究该型线的特性及各啮合点位置。计算其理论流量,并与同等工作长度下的单头双螺杆泵的理论流量进行比较,为后续的双螺杆泵的仿真和型线选型及优化提供参考。The commonly used symmetrical cycloid profile line of double helix in twin-screw pump at home and aborad was studyed. The profile line structure of double helix twin-screw pump was analyzed. The tooth curve equation of the profile line was determined. A three-dimensional model was established with Pro/E to study the of position of each meshing point on the profile line and fenatures of the profile line. The theoretical flow was calculated and compared with the theoretical flow of the single helix twin-screw pump with equal work length. The research provides a reference for the follow-up simulation of twin-screw pump, selection of profile line and optimization. helix; screw with single helix; theoret- ical flow
