摘　　要：针对传统的顶枪布置型式上存在的不足,提出新型的多用途顶枪的布置型式,减少了顶枪装置的数量,使设备投资、备件数量及维修量大大减少。由于布置在同一处理位的顶枪装置为2套不同的设备,提高了真空精炼连续处理的可靠性,采用成熟可靠的机械结构保证了新型的顶枪装置的安全性可靠性。To overcome the shortage of the layout of the traditional top lance （preheating lance） device, a new layout of multi - function top lance was designed, which reduced the quantity of the top lance （ preheating lance） devices, investment, spare parts and maintenance workload. Since two sets of different multi -function top lance devices are arranged at the same treatment position, the reliability of the continuous processing for vacuum refining is improved. The mature and reliable mechanical structure ensured the security and reliability of new type top lance device.
