摘　　要：卷取机卷筒的制造精度直接关系到卷筒在工作中的质量,上海力达重工制造有限公司通过设计工艺路线,设计工装夹具,优化加工参数等手段,提高制造精度,使冷轧机卷取机卷筒制造工艺和制造技术达到了国内先进水平。The manufacture accuracy of coiler mandrels determines the work quality of the mandrel. Shanghai Lida Heavy Industry Manufactory Co. , Ltd. improved its manufacture accuracy of coiler mandrels in cold-rollng millb by process routing design, fixture design and processing parameter optimization. Therefore, its manufacturing process and manufacturing technology of coiler mandrels has reached the domestic advanced level.
