摘  要:冷压焊接的真空可靠性质量是电真空器件能否保持真空度的最基本保证,冷压焊接是制造中可靠性要求最高的环节。本文从无氧铜排气管的材料、表面处理、冷压钳刀口形状等几方面对影响冷压焊接的真空可靠性进行分析,得出高真空可靠性冷压焊接的条件,为冷压焊接的真空可靠性研究提供参考。The vacuum reliability of cold pressing welding is the most basic guarantee to maintain the vacuum extent of electric vacuum devices. The cold pressing welding is the strictest link in the process of electric vacu- um device manufacture. The importance of the cold pressing welding is discussed in this paper. Then detail analysis the influences of material selection of oxygen-free copper exhaust pipe, surface treatment and the jaw shape of cold pressing clamps on vacuum reliability of the cold pressing welding are analyzed in detail. The con- dition to improve the vacuum reliability of the cold pressing welding was concluded. The conclusion provided a reference to the vacuum reliability research of the cold pressing welding.
