摘 要:本文利用坐标变换的方法 ,探讨了LiNbO3与LiTaO3晶体压电系数d33,d31和机电耦合系数k33,k31随空间方向变化的规律 ,分别得到这 2种晶体的d33,d31,k33和k31的最大值及其方向。对于LiNbO3而言 ,maxd33=39.6pC/N ,maxk33=0 .6 0 ,在镜面yoz内分别右偏z轴 6 1.0°和 57.0° ,数值分别是原来约 6 .4倍和 3.7倍。对于LiTaO3而言 ,maxd33=14.6pC/N ,maxk33=0 .35,在镜面yoz内分别右偏z轴 56 .5°和 54.0° ,数值分别是原来的 1.8倍和 2 .1倍。In this paper,crystal orientation dependence of piezoelectric constants: d 33 、 d 31 and electromechamical coupling factors: k 33 , k 31 for LiNbO 3 and LiTaO 3 in three dimensional space have been calculated phenomenologically through the coordinate transformation method.The maximum longitudinal piezoelectric constants: d 33 and electromechanical factors: k 33 have been obtained,respectively.For LiNbO 3,max d 33 =39.6pC/N and max k 33 =0.60 are found at 61.0° and 57.0° angles,respectively,canted z axis from the right in yoz mirror,which are 6.4 times and 3.7 times than that were,respectively.For LiTaO 3,max d 33 =14.6pC/N and max k 33 =0.35 are found at 56.5° and 54.0° angles,respectively,canted z axis from the right in yoz mirror,which are 1.8 times and 2.1 times than that were,respectively.
