固定床反应器参数灵敏性分析中径向温度分布的简化处理

摘　　要：对高参数灵敏性固定床反应器的径向温度分布作了简化处理。在此基础上分析了进行强放热反应的工业固定床反应器的参数灵敏性及失控行为。通过对径向温度分布作简化处理后所预测的参数灵敏性及失控行为与用二维固定床模型预测的结果进行了比较，结果表明，对径向温度分布简化处理预测的结果与用二维模型预测的结果比较吻合。Simplified approach to the radial temperature profile in highly sensitive fixed-bed reactors is suggested. Based on the simplified approach, analysis of parametric sensitivity and runaway behaviour are made for the industrially important highly exothermic reaction takes place in fixed-bed reactors. Predicted parametric sensitivity and runaway behavior by simplified approach to the radial temperature profile are compared with that predicted by two-dimensional model for fixed-bed reactors.The results show that the agreement of simplified approach with two-dimensional model is satisfactory.
