百链云图书馆与高校文献传递服务对比分析

摘　　要：对比分析百链云图书馆与高校CALIS文献传递状况。从读者角度看,百链云在服务模式、一站式元数据检索、收费情况、方便快捷程度优于CALIS;从图书馆角度看,CALIS在资源配置、经费保障方面优于百链云。管理者要充分利用两种体系的各自优势,最大程度满足读者需求,促进高校图书馆文献传递服务的发展;建议CALIS项目在未来建设中,多从读者角度考虑。The paper makes a comparative study of MedaLink and CALIS from perspective of document delivery service. It finds that MedaLink is more convenient and efficient than CALIS in terms of service mode, one-station data retrieval, service charge, and easy access for readers. While for a university library, CALIS possesses better resource allocation and stable source of funding. Therefore, the library administrators should make full use of the advantages of the two different systems to meet the readers＇ needs and provide better document delivery service. On the other hand, the CALIS should take more consid eration of readers in its future development.
