大学图书馆资源协同建设的创新实践与思考

摘　　要：采访馆员、学科馆员和院系教师在资源建设中发挥着任何一方无法替代的作用。文章探索性提出多方协同开展资源建设的创新模式,分析协同建设模式的内涵和特点,并结合实例论述上海交通大学图书馆资源协同建设的实施方法:分类预设法、智慧分享法、平台拓展法、支持保障制度(资源呈缴制度、资源配套制度),总结了成效,并指出协同资源建设的发展趋势。Subject librarians, acquisition librarians and faculty experts play irreplaceable roles in resources construction in academic library. This paper proposes an innovative model of multi-party collaborative construction of resources. The author analyzes the content and features of collaborative resource-construction, discusses its implementing methods with examples of Shanghai J iaotong University Library： classification profile, wisdom sharing, platform expanding and assurance system （includes resources deposit system and resources supporting system）. Finally, the author also indicates the future development trend of the model.
