摘　　要：目的回顾性分析我院抗糖尿病药物利用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法研究我院2008年11月—2012年10月300张用于治疗糖尿病患者的处方,分析药物利用情况,药物利用指数(DUI)、用药频度(DDDs)和联合用药情况。结果我院所使用的抗糖尿病的DUI均接近于1,均在推荐的治疗糖尿病药物使用范围内。结论我院糖尿病患者抗糖尿病药物使用基本合理。Objective A retrospective analysis of the drug utilization analysis of anti-diabetic for patients with diabetes from 2008 to 2012 in our hospital.Methods A retrospective survey of 300 prescriptions for the treatment of patients with diabetes from November 2008 to October 2012 in our hospital.And the drug use,drug utilization index（DUI） and DDDs were analyzed.Results The drug utilization index were closed to one and all in the recommended treatment of diabetes.Conclusion The drug use of anti-diabetic for patients with diabetes of our hospital was basicly reasonable.
