摘　　要：目的总结分析我院门诊药物咨询情况,以进一步做好门诊用药咨询工作。方法统计分析2011年7—12月我院门诊用药咨询情况。结果门诊药物咨询对象主要是患者,咨询问题最多的是药物的用法用量(30.4%);按药物咨询类别归类分析,居前3位的分别是抗菌药物(32.5%)、循环系统药物(26.0%)及消化系统药物(20.3%)。结论药物咨询服务能提高患者用药依从性及药师专业素质,但其还存在一些不足之处,有待于进一步完善。Objective Summarized and analyzed the condition of drug consultation in section for outpatients of our hospital for the quality improvement of drug consultation.Methods Count and analysis the records of drug consultation in section for outpatients from July 2011 to December 2011.Results The target of drug consultation in section for outpatients were mainly the patients.The most problems were drug usage（30.4%）.According to the analysis on drug class consultation,the top three places were in turn antimicrobials（32.5%）,circulatory system drugs（26.0%） and digestive system drugs（20.3%）.Conclusion The drug consultation service can improve the medication compliance of patients and the professional quality of pharmacists;however it has some problems,which need to be improved further.
